I was born in 1958 north of Mosul, Iraq in a village called Telkef.

I spent most of my youth in Telkef & Baghdad, Iraq. I moved to San Diego, CA in June 1976 and started working very hard, 7 days a week 12 to 14 hours a day in C-store and mini supermarket.

In late 1979 my family and I opened our first C-Store (Food Mart) in downtown San Diego after a short time we bought a second store and a third site was opened.

In 1983 to 1984 we purchased our first Gas Station, afterward we were buying 1-3 location per year.

I also worked for a Life Insurance company called Sun Life of Canada from 1981 to 1984.

My family and I been working in the retail and Gas Station since 1976 when we arrive in beautiful San Diego.

In 1995 I had the opportunity to work with many different oil companies like Shell Oil, Unocal 76, Arco Am/Pm and around 2001 we Created Attisha Enterprises Inc.

Attisha Enterprises purchased El Captain Oil, a fuel supplier to another retailer.
We have been blessed by God with so much & we are grateful to his generosity.
I am Married and have 4 Children. My wife Evone & daughters Christina, Vianca, Bella and son Dominic, I am also blessed with six grandchildren.

I have been in the gas station business since 1992 and I bought my first gas station on 1996.

I am also AM PM Arco certified.

Now I am the operation manager for multiple sites (gas stations, convenient store and auto repair shops).
